Not all of our products are vegan, but rest assured that none of our products are tested on animals. You can find a full list of ingredients on the product detail page under the accordion labeled "Ingredients."

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help you! Please be advised that customers are responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. Be sure to double-check all addresses (especially for express checkout) to ensure that all mailing and billing addresses are correct.
Please note that our fulfillment center is working around the clock to make sure orders are fulfilled within a timely manner. Currently, there is a 5-day processing period before all orders are filled Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. This includes express shipping.
We currently ship within the United States and to Canada.
Orders will all be processed within 5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. During the holiday period, orders may take an extra 3-5 days, so please plan accordingly.

Yes! All US orders over $60 USD ship free of charge. We also offer free shipping on all US subscription orders. Applicable duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout.
Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at yourfriends@domingo.nyc.
