Shipping policy

Domingo currently ships within the United States via UPS. 

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. Transit time will depend on the shipping method available at checkout. 

Making sure your order is packaged with care and shipped quickly is always our top priority. To ensure that your order arrives without any delays or mistakes, we are unable to combine orders. If you would like to add items to your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours.

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $70. 

Domingo cannot be responsible for any packages which are lost or damaged during transit. 

We accept cancellations within 24 hours, as long as your order has not already shipped. Please reply to your order confirmation email to begin that process.
