Refund policy


At Domingo, we want you to love what you ordered. Because we handcraft our products in small batches, we keep our policies clear and simple to protect both our customers and our process.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the item you’d like, and then return the original. Once we receive and accept your return, we’ll process it as outlined below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In their original packaging, with seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover the cost of small-batch production. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Used products are not eligible for return. Skin compatibility concerns are covered separately under the Naked Guarantee.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.

If more than 15 business days pass without seeing your refund, please contact us at yourfriends@domingo.nyc.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Naked Guarantee

We know it can feel risky trying something new when you have sensitive skin. That’s why we offer our Naked Guarantee on first-time purchases of our Naked Body Butter.

If it doesn’t agree with your skin during your first 10 days of use, let us know and we’ll issue a refund for the product price.

This guarantee is intended to cover skin compatibility. It does not apply to preference-based reasons, routine or layering needs, expectations that the product replaces other skincare, value judgments, or changes of mind.

  • This guarantee applies once per customer
  • Only valid on first-time orders of full-size jars of Naked Body Butter
  • Covers a maximum of one jar, even if multiple were purchased in the same order
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Scented products, scrubs, and lip products are excluded

 

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Discovery sets
  • Lip products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
